This movie trailer production company occupies the former F.B.I. headquarters of Hollywood. Remodeling was done in several phases to keep operations going during construction. The final phase, which is unbuilt, includes a large glass greenhouse structure to serve as the dining hall for the 100+ employees in what was a parking lot. The sides of this structure may be opened in good weather. Also included is a new commercial kitchen. The conference room at the front is made of structural glass, and occupies the former driveway.
