This existing gas station has been completely redesigned, with only the shell of the existing two-story building remaining. The existing building will be added onto and remodeled, with a market and cookie store with a commercial kitchen on the first floor, and offices above. A new exposed structural steel frame is expressed as part of the design and mimics the steel of the canopy. The new custom-designed steel canopy structure over the pumps will support clear glass solar panels that will supply the electricity needs of the station. The entire site will be upgraded and re-landscaped.
